PC2 Support options

Hello,
We have an issue where the auto-on feature is failing for some devices and it is severely impacting the solution that we provide to our customers.

We would prefer to use a direct support option such as phone or email instead of this public forum. What options are available ? if we have to pay what are the costs ?

Also, what is your SLA regarding responce times when we use the RTM option ?
