Only 1 front port USB working (3 machines)

I have 3 fit-pc2's and on all of them the front left USB port does not appear to work. Is this a known issue? Are other people having this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix it? All machines are currently in use so it isn't that easy to send them back.

Having the same issue with only 1 mini USB port working. The left one is not working.

The front-left USB port is USB2 only. This is documented in owner's manual.
Mouse or keyboard will not work. Camera, thumb drive or MP3 player will work.

Thank you. Did not see that? Checked it and the port does indeed work. using a y-cable to connect ps2 keyboard and mouse to front right mini usb. Thanks again.
