USB does not stop in reset

Hi
Normal PC behave is that USB is power down during windows restart. and power up automatically when fit-PC2i starts again.
In out fit-PC2i the power of USB keep up during restart.
Due to that the USB devices attached to fit-PC2i USB port does not reset it self and stop working with windows due to that.
Is there any way that fit-PC2i will cut the USB 5V power during restart?
