Hi,

ive used ubuntu 8.04 for some time and i hoped that the "jumpy" picture problems would go away
(the whole screen jumps some pixels to one side even when just reading websites)
But it is way worse in 9.10. Its flickering all the time.

I followed the advice here in the forums on how to install the video drivers - but i messed around earlier with the system when no 9.10 support was available.
I dont know if this creates the problem, can anybody please confirm the jumpy picture?
