Sometimes audio does not work

I use a first version of fit-pc2 .
I removed pulseaudio and installed esound.
When I use the audio, such as video or VIOP, it works OK.
But, sometimes no sound output suddenly.
This happens 1-2 times every day.
if :
1) Logout and login in again ( not reboot), the audio works again.
2) remove ~/.pulse-cookie, after several seconds, although the file .pulse-cookie
appears again, but audio works again.
How to fix the audio problem,?
