Customer Support

Post by eduwriter »

Could anyone tell me how their customer support is? Do they work well with small companies?

I am trying to obtain answers to the following questions:

Is the Linux unit stocked in Florida or from Israel? If the testing works I will need five systems by the end of the month

How long will this system be available and supported?

What will the cost and availability of a similar PCFit 3 system be?

fit-PC is designed to behave as much as possible as a standard PC that requires little support.
Buyers are supported through this forum.
There is an option to purchase a support contract directly with CompuLab by purchasing an evaluation kit from www.compulab.co.il - this entitles direct online technical support. Generally the same level of expertise is given on the forum as in direct support.

The goal is to keep stock in the Florida office. This is not always possible with new products or when there is orders-backlog. Lead time on the fit-pc.com website applies in any case.

fit-PC2 will be available at least until 2015. fit-PC3 - at least until 2017.

Prices for available fit-PC2/3 models are listed on www.fit-pc.com
