SPDIF - coaxial or optical?

Post by ios »

Which type does the Fit-PC2i sport? Looks like typical optical, but quotes coaxial somewhere in the text.

S/PDIF is coax only. We could not find low profile optical to fit in the case.

Ah, coaxial... but it is not the regular coaxial connection that I would find on the back of my amplifier. So how would I hook this up? Is there a converter cable that comes along with the unit?

We will rovide a cable from 3.5mm to RCA for that.

Can I plug analog stereo speakers into the 3.5mm connector?
