Hello guy

i'm a fitpc2i user from Indonesia
i got emerging problem, my fitpc won't boot up.
all led is off. then i decided to see the board and noticed that component with symbol FB5 has torn apart. i guess it's a kind of ferrite bead. my question is, can i replace it myself ? if so what is the value /specification of the FB6? or is there any save way to replace it with certain other component? and maybe the most stupid question is, how bad is the problem actually exist?

thanks in advanced

edit : it isn't FB6 but FB5

Yes, FB5 is a ferrite bead, depending on the revision of the board:
Rev. 1.2: 1812, Z=120 Ohm @100MHz, 1.5A, DCR=0.05 Ohm
PN example: Yageo PBY453215T-121Y-S (or similar)

Rev. 1.3: 0603, Z=30 Ohm @100MHz, 5A, DCR=0.007 Ohm
PN example: Murata BLM18KG300TN1D (or similar)

In case you can't find the appropriate component, you can simply short FB5 terminals. Noise response may be degraded a bit, but general operation should be fine.
