Hi.

Did you buy the fit-PC2 with preinstalled Win7 or or did you install the operation system by yourself?

Leonid,

It's a RMA replacement unit and came with Win 7 preinstalled.

Hi.

Please, rinstall the audio driver.

1. Download the audio driver from our site:
http://www.fit-pc2.com/download/win7-dr ... 100705.zip
2. Unzip it.
3. Run the Setup.exe file.
4. Follow the intaller's instructions.

HI I've gone through all this (and the other posts) to fix this one my fit pc2i and all i get is a window saying that realtek audio manager has stopped working during the installation and gives me the option to close the software or search the internet, even when I've uninstalled it to install the version above, then i get a warning Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure!! error code 0x00000017

Windows 7 was pre-installed by you.
non of the patches work whether run as administrator in CMD line as Adminstrator.

Can you please make a clean Windows 7 setup and install the driver available on our Wiki?

Thanks a lot to Leonid & gunjar for the clear problem statement and explanations.
Note that I tried several times to apply the audio_patch.exe
Now its running on my fitPC2

So I followed the two-steps below proposed by Leonid

A) Rinstall the audio driver.
1. Download the audio driver from our site:
http://www.fit-pc2.com/download/win7-dr ... 100705.zip
2. Unzip it.
3. Run the Setup.exe file.
4. Follow the intaller's instructions.
This applies to fit-PC2 rev 1.4

B) re-route line-out to front speakers:
1. Download the audio_patch.zip file (given by Leonid)
2. Unzip it. It should contain two files: audio_patch.exe, devcon.exe
3. Copy these two files to your fit-PC2. They should be in the same folder
4. Run audio_patch.exe file in administrative mode
