We tested Windows 8 Developer's Preview and it works very well on fit-PC3.

FWIW: I have installed the Windows 8 Consumer preview successfully on the Fit-PC3. Initially the WIFI didn't work but strangely it started working without any action from me other than connecting to a wired network. There was no notification that anything was updated or installed, it just started working.
