Dual Head on Windows 7

I just got my new fit-pc3 last week. I'm not able to run the box with two screens. I assume right, that one monitor goes to the hdmi and the other to the dual-port. The one on the dualport always stays black.

In windows it also "No-PnP Monitor". It's the same as on the HDMI (Dell 1905FP). If I start the AMD Vision Control Engine I get 2 screens. One is called Dell 1905FP, the other is called "fake".

Any idea what I have to do to get both screens working?

The problem is most likely with the DisplayPort cabling. If you have another cable available I suggest you try with it.

To convince you it is not a problem with dual head - disconnect the HDMI and try to work with DisplayPort only. I expect you will still see no image with existing cabling.

As you said, displayport is still not working. In that case I will order the HP 481409-001 - as you mentioned, that this one is compatible. I'm really curious if they are not identical.

Will update you if this solved the problem.
