fit-PC3 Pro cannot restart from sleep

Using win7 (64 bit), fit-PC3 Pro cannot restart properly from sleep state.
When depressed power button, it will restart and then soon go to POST screen automatically.
OS is Win7 64bit, BIOS: SCT 2.1.0.333_12, using latest Win7 drivers.
4 units used by a customer are found this issue. Is there any information to fix this?

I have some questions regard this issue

1. Is this a clean Windows 7 installation?
2. Does the customer has additional Fit-PC3s except the ones with the issue?
3. What is the peripherals attached to the Fit-PC3s?

1. Yes, just clean installation.
2. All the units he has are found same problem. He has no other normal units.
3. Only a mouse and a keyboard are attached via USB.

The symptoms are unknown. We haven't observed such FitPC3 Pro behavior before. Lets try to isolate the problem to the FitPC3s hardware.
Do you use the a stock HDD and DDR modules, or your own?
Please try to reproduce this issue with an Ubuntu 12.04 Live CD
