Pre installed Window 7 Pro on fit-PC3

Hello,
I have several questions regarding fit-PC3.
1.Is Windows 7 Pro which comes pre installed on fit-PC3, is 64 bits?
2.Where can I purchase adapter for mini Serial Port to Serial Port?
