Boxee

I am looking to install boxee (http://boxeee.tv) on a fitPC2. I am not sure how well it will work. I am not looking at doing HD, just being able to run boxee well and stream Hulu and Netflix from it. There is an alpah release of it out for windows now and Netflix support should be finished in a week or so.

This is the only use I have for a fitPC2. I am looking at getting a small, low power, always on device to have connected to my TV. Can someone try it out with either windows 7, or windows XP and let me know. If I get conformation that you can stream all the video (mainly Hulu and Netflix) from it I would buy this right away.

Thanks for your help,
Blake

I'm ready to pull the trigger if anyone can tell me they were able to successfully get Boxee working on one of these things @ 1080

Anyone?

Hi,

You mistyped the site, I guess.
You should write http://boxee.tv
Interesting, I will check it later.

Cheers,
István

Like XBMC, many people, myself included want to know how the Boxee application itself runs, and how each quality of video, plays back accodingly.

Good question. I will try to find some time to try it out. I do not know, when :)

So... How did this pan out?
Did anyone get it working so a wife would accept it?
Thanks,

We worked with the Boxee team on fit-PC2, but performance was found to be insufficient.
