Fit PC3 update please

Would like an update on the status of the Fit PC3 since it's been about five weeks since orders went live.

Has the IR problem been fix?

Have the Pro cases arrive and have you had a chance to test thermal properties?

Final documentation and packaging finished?

Have any units shipped yet?

Like many others I'm waiting for everything to be finalized before clicking on the "Buy" button.

Our SW team is working on IR driver.

Have the Pro cases arrive and have you had a chance to test thermal properties?

Ribbed cases arrived and were tested. Thermal performance is excellent. fit-PC3 Pro is suitable for fanless 24/7 operation. No throttling is needed.

Final documentation and packaging finished?

Packaging for the standard case is ready (no graphics yet). Packaging for ribbed case is in manufacturing. Documentation is WIP.

Have any units shipped yet?

First units will ship by the end of the week.

Mine arrived in the country quickly (New Zealand), but since then has spent 4 days waiting for UPS to move it the last 100km or so to where I live. UPS and Fedex shipping always seems to be extra slow in these parts. Happened with my Fit-PC2 as well.

I am also waiting for some further info. When can I expect to be able to order fully working units?

Edit: not from the first batch and with all working components
