External USB TV capture

I'd like to run my fit-PC3 Pro with an external USB TV device. I'm thinking about the WinTV-HVR-1900 with fit-PC3 Pro because I'd like to be able to transfer some of my own video recordings as well. According to the spec, it only needs a 1.2 GHz processor because it has hardware MPEG2 onboard so it sounds like the fit-PC3 Pro 4GB APU G-T56N (1.65 GHz dual core) will be enough.
Does anyone run any USB TV capture device (and in particular, the HVR-1900) with their fit-PC3?
