No video from Display port or HDMI port

We have a number of FitPC3s.
One of them, only a month or so old, has completely stopped putting out any signal from either video port.
it's therefore a little hard to troubleshoot blind.
another FitPC3 works fine with the same monitors & cables so seems to be a problem with the unit. should i return it?
