I am wondering whether this is a known issue with FIT-PC3.

I have a camera connected to one of the USB 2.0 ports and at random the USB connection to the camera will be dropped and I lose control over the camera. I am using Windows 7 64bit and I have disabled all power management on the USB ports and in the Power Savings advanced settings.

I have changed USB ports and changed out the USB cable with high quality short versions. No hubs are in use, the camera is directly connected.

This is a real inconvenience so any help appreciated.

There are no systematic issues with fit-PC3 USB ports.
Do you have the same behavior with other USB ports?

If all the ports show the same behavior, please check the 3rd party device connected, otherwise you can consider RMA, if it is critical.
