Please run regedit.exe and look for "ForceDisableJD" string
Make sure it is a binary type and has "01" value

Re: Questions from a New Intense PC Owner
I was able to get the audio to work. I needed to install the latest Realtek driver and than apply the patch after installing the new driver. If you do it the other way around - the patch gets overwritten. Went into regedit and made the change manually. Restarted the computer. After getting both installed correctly, I just needed to make the speakers the default and everything was working correctly. Thanks!
I am still concerned about the heat of the device. Just have an SSD drive installed. After having the system run for 40 minutes with light usage the exterior temperature of the case runs at about 39+ degrees Celcius. I got this system so I could leave it on all the time. I am not sure I feel comfortable leaving it on all the time... It is hot to the touch. Is there a way to reduce the heat or decrease processing especially while it is idle. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Would the i3 processor or another system not get so hot?
Anyone else experiencing the heat and leave there system on all the time? Would love to hear others experience with this.
Thanks,
Rob

Re: Questions from a New Intense PC Owner
You should no worry about the heat of the IntensePC. It was designed to be operated 24/7, and is absolutely safe for home use. However, the IntensePC should be placed in unclosed, ventilated environment.
