Sim card slot driver

I am running Windows 8.1 on my IPC2-C4600-WACB-FMUSB3
I've installed all drivers available from Compulab and all updates available
In device manager there is still an "unknown device" which seems to be the sim card slot. I put in a sim card and installed Vodafone software but whatever I do I cannot get the connection to work. The Vodafone software states that no mobile device is available.
So, were can I find the driver for the sim card slot ?
Thanks in advance.

IPC2 itself doesn't include any cellular modem whatsoever, but SIM card slot only.
For cellular communication a cellular modem module must be installed to mini PCI slot (full), while the SIM socket provided onboard due to space considerations. The SIM card is an integral part of cellular communication, used for authentication and billing information, and provided by mobile operators.
Cellular modem module should be installed externally by customers.

So I don't know what is the yellow bang you see, but please make sure to install all the drivers on the wiki, including chipset and management engine.

At this point CompuLab offers 3G cellular kit in mini PCIe form factor. The cellular kit supported in IPC2, fit-PC4 and fit-PC3i systems and provides cellular data communication over 2G-TDMA (GPRS/EDGE) / 3G-WCDMA (HSPA+) networks.
