Splashtop

I'm trying to use Splashtop as remote desktop with mobile apple and android devices accessing my intense pc pro remotely like a server does without any monitor plugged into.
The problem i'm having is that any time i do connect to it without any monitor plugged into nothing except than a black screen appears on my Splashtop after logging in.
If an HDMI monitor is plugged or i'm connecting by remote desktop from a standard pc then i'm able to use Splashtop.

any suggestion to get around this issue?
my final goal is to be able to access the intensepc pro by splashtop (or another mobile remote desktop client) without any monitor, mouse and keyboard plugged into it.

We have both hw solution and bios solution for this problem. New bios will be posted shortly.
