Hi!

I believe the PN is IPC-C3517V-WB-FM4U with standard (default) FACE module.
Any guess on the root cause and how BIOS reset could help?

BIOS reset is one of the basic troubleshooting steps in debugging the system. It used to clear different system variables to default, and set the system back to it's initial state. It used to address different kind of issues and behavior inconsistencies.
