Actually there is no problem with FM USB ports and all of them should operate properly. Please try to reset the BIOS:

and try to connect there a simple device - keyboard or mouse to test it again.

If won't help, please consider RMA:

Hi,

I tried to reset BIOS, but the two USB ports are still dead. Even a wireless keyboard receiver does not work, neither does a USB FLASH stick. :-(

I tried a Logitech USB keyboard, absolutely no life. It works ok in the two right hand side ports.

The first option is to override the BIOS. It may help.
