Analogic Audio and Win8

good evening,
I recently installed Windows 8 and I have serious problems with the audio. when the insert OUT connector in 3.5 digital sound only recognize me that I have not installed.
I do not know how to be recognized by the analog audio (headphones or speaker).
when I plug in a HDMI me correctly recognizes HDMI audio.
I tried to install the patch as described, I installed version 7.1 drivers.
What can I do?
