BIOS update procedure
- Prepare FAT formatted USB Disk-on-key
- Download the latest IPC2 BIOS ROM files
- Unzip and copy 3 files to the root directory:
- IPC2.cap
- startup.nsh
- ShellFlash64.efi
- Power on IPC2, enter BIOS by pressing F2. Go to "Boot Features" and set "Legacy Boot" to "Disable"
- Check on the "Boot" tab that inserted USB listed as first boot device, otherwise change the boot order accordingly
- Go to "Exit" and press "Exit Saving changes"
- Power off the system, insert prepared USB disk into IPC2 and ensure no other USB devices connected and then power on again
- IPC2 will start and BIOS update will take place after second restart
- Wait for "BIOS is updated successfully. Press any key to continue ..." message
- Remove USB disk and press ENTER
- System may do several power cycles and then boot normally
