Sale Terms when ordering from CompuLab
- Payment before shipment
- Products are shipped with an international courier
- Shipping fee reflects courier price and varies by country
- Price does not include import duties and VAT. This may be charged by the courier.
Note: Resellers may have their own sale terms
Warranty
- CompuLab guarantees products against defects in workmanship and material for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment.
- Your sole remedy and CompuLab’s sole liability shall be for CompuLab, at its sole discretion, to either repair or replace the defective product at no charge.
- This warranty is void if the product has been altered or damaged by accident, misuse or abuse.
RMA (Return on Manufacturer Authorization)
In case of HW failure of fit-PC2 under warranty, please email rma@fit-pc.com
In your email specify the following (copy and paste) -

RMA FAQ
Q: I purchased through a reseller. Can I send by RMA?
A: Please contact the reseller.
Q: Can I ship to a nearby location?
A: The faulty unit needs to be shipped to CompuLab head office in Israel, or to CompuLab US office. If you purchased through a reseller please consult him.
Q: Someone else purchased the fit-PC2 I'm using. Can I still send it?
A: Yes. We will process the request faster if you can specify the email used to purchase the fit-PC2.
Q: How long does it take to repair?
A: We ship back the fit-PC2 within 3 weeks from arrival to our office.
